I can see cleary now the ...old windows are gone.

A month or so ago I tracked down a guy via Craigslist (I love that website) and got a great deal on new windows/installation. One reason he gave me a good price was because I offered my assistance in installing the windows. Coincidentally, my dad was in town (from Japan) so he helped out as well. All in all, we installed all new windows on the lower lever of the house and finished just after noon time.
