WWBHJD

When work issues get out of hand or when I need a little inspiration, I often find myself asking, "what would bobble head Jesus do."

Bye, Bye PC, hello Mac

My five-year-old computer pooped the bed a few weeks ago at a very inopportune time. (Is there ever an opportune time for a computer to crash?). And after spending my entire Saturday trying to fix/restore it, I finally decided to buy a new computer instead of pumping endless amounts of money into an archaic (in computer terms!) PC.

After years of PC troubles and having three computers completely die on me in the last 10 years, I finally decided to gravitate towards Macs since I have heard nothing but good things about them from the friends and family that have them.

Long story short, I bought a new 21.5" iMac and LOVE IT! The whole buying experience at the Apple store was a dream and it was no surprise to see why Apple owns the digital media world. Although, it's still a wonder why PCs are even around with the more user-friendly Macs. Go figure!

I was definitely skeptical at first, but barring some huge, unforeseen catastrophe, I think I'm Mac for life. I guess the old adage is true....Once you go Mac, you never go back!

It's a GIrl!

My little sister, Emily, recently celebrated the much anticipated arrival of their daughter. Olive Kumiko Haleck was born on Saturday, January 23, 2010. Now, all three of my sisters have one daughter of their own. I'm surrounded by girls!

Unfortunately, I have was not in Utah for the birth (or since) but all has been well for mother and daughter since. Here are some pictures of my newest niece!
