My niece, MAYA (the bee!)

Well, there is a new big hit in the Sturgis family. Little Maya joined the Qualter/Sturgis family in October of last year, and has been the center of attention ever since (at least in the Sturgis family, where she is the only baby). I’ve only had one opportunity to see baby Maya at Christmas when we all met up in Utah, but Elaine’s blog provides temporary gratification with pictures and videos for us that live elsewhere. It’s great seeing new pictures of Maya and seeing (and reading about) her progress. It’s been so interesting watching her grow through pictures. Needless to say, motherhood suits Elaine well, as we all knew it would.
